服务设计专题研究： 服务设计专题研究主要针对信息社会下的服务经济，研究从交互设计向服务创新延展的相关理论，在电子商务、数字化学习、电子医疗保健、电子政务等服务性的IT领域，提供一个跨专业解决复杂设计问题的方法。本课程将研究设计服务和设计人工制品之间的差异，用户体验和社会交互的特点，以及创造系统化服务体验的设计方法。通过阅读、讲座，讨论和实践，提供给学生概念、理论和案例，帮助学生了解现存不同的服务设计理论，并且通过项目应用这些理论进行实践训练。 服务设计基于用户为中心的核心理念，将设计思维和社会服务、商业创新结合，本课程将服务与人们的生活形态集合，强调人类行为所反映的广泛的社会和文化情境，以网络化的服务生态系统和复杂系统架构来支持，并在服务过程中提升用户体验和创造价值。
Selected Topics on Service Design Selected Topics on Service Design focus on the service industries in the information area, The course will study the theories and methodologies of service innovation from the perspective of interaction design. The interdisciplinary methodologies will be offered to solve wicked and complicated design problem in the fields of e-business, e-healthcare, e-learning, e-government etc. This course will explore the difference between designing for service and designing an artifact, the nature of human experience and social interaction, and design approach to creating systematic service experience. Through readings, lectures and in-class discussions, the first part of the course provides the students with concepts, theories, and examples to help them learn about diverse existing theories about service design. The second part of the course provides an opportunity to apply these theories to design work. Based on user centered theory, service design will turn to design thinking to address the opportunities and challenges faced by the shift to a knowledge-based service-centered society. In this course, we will look forward toward designing for service in ways that stimulate senses, connect deeply with people’s lifestyles, emphasize the broader social and cultural context of people’s actions and provide support through a networked service ecology or system of systems, and promoting and creating human experience and value in the service process.
